Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na srovnání právní úpravy oddlužení podnikatelů současné a budoucí (po implementaci směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2019/1023 ze dne 20. června 2019 do právního řádu ČR). Zabývá se též konkrétními dopady transpozice směrnice na procesní subjekty a účastníky insolvenčního řízení, kde je způsobem řešení úpadku oddlužení podnikatele. The diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of current and future debt relief legislation (after the implementation of the European Parliament Directive and Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1023 of 20 June 2019 into the legal order of the Czech Republic).
