A Comparison of the processes leading to selling an enterprise by a natural person that keeps double-entry book and tax records, using the perspective of accounting and taxes
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o převedení dvou podniků fyzické osoby vedoucí daňovou evidenci a účetnictví na právnickou osobu, formou prodeje podniku. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou podrobně popsány potřebné kroky a výpočty, z účetního a daňového hlediska, ze strany prodávajícího a kupujícího a to vše aby bylo v souladu s platnými zákony a vyhláškami. Na závěr jsou vytyčený hlavní rozdíly.
Abstract:
The work deals with the transfer of two individuals leading business tax records and accounts of the legal person, by selling the company. The individual chapters are discussed in detail the steps and calculations of tax and accounting aspects of the seller and buyer and all that was in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the end we have set out the major differences.
