Optimalization of strategic decision making
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem Optimalizace strategického rozhodování je provedení rozhodovacího procesu, který vede k vybrání varianty řešení daného problému, a zohlednění rizika, které je spojené s vybranou variantou. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska manažerského rozhodování a výzkum rizikových faktorů. Ve druhé části práce je řešen strategický problém v podniku.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis called „Optimalization of Strategic Decision Making“ is to carry out a decision making process, which leads to choosing the best option for dealing with a problem, and also to measure the risk linked to it.
