Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá prevodom vlastníckeho práva podnikateľov k nehnuteľnostiam a je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá vymedzením základných pojmov prevodu vlastníckeho práva podnikateľov k nehnuteľnostiam.
