Primárnym cieľom diplomovej práce bolo preskúmať vzťah medzi interakčným štýlom trénera a vnímanou tréningovou záťažou u vrcholových športovcov v adolescentnom veku. Vo výskume sme sa zamerali na zmapovanie výskytu syndrómu pretrénovania v tejto skupine vo vzťahu k pohlaviu a typu športu, ktorý vykonávajú.
