The presented bachelor thesis focus on tax issues of the mergers. Transformations, and especially corporate merger leads to universal legal succession, the successor company enters into the rights and obligations of the merging companies as far as they are involved in the merger. Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá daňovou problematikou fúzií. Pri premenách obchodných spoločností a zvlášť pri fúziách dochádza k univerzálnemu právnemu nástupníctvu kedy nástupnícka spoločnosť vstupuje do práv a povinností fúzujúcich spoločností v miere, v akej sa podieľali na fúzií.
