Cílem této práce je navrhnout doporučení, jak by měla turistická informační centra v Moravskoslezském kraji postupovat, aby dosáhla certifikátu nejvyšší možné klasifikační třídy, která v České republice existuje. The aim of this thesis is to suggest recommendations for the tourist information centres in the Moravian-Silesian Region. These recommendations should help them to achieve the certificate of the highest classification possible to be obtained in the Czech Republic.
