Pension reform and its impacts on Czech companies and their employees

Abstract:

Téma práce se týkalo vlivů důchodové reformy na české domácnosti a firmy, jelikož se jedná o závažný a aktuální problém. V průběhu práce byly jednotlivé modifikace systému a jiné vlivy popsány, především ty relevantní. Vlivy máme na mysli např. způsoby reforem důchodů v zahraničí, změny důchodového systému v ČR nebo efekty způsobené politickými a sociálními aktivitami. Poté byly vypsány očekávané dopady na český trh práce s upřednostňovaným zaměřením na občany a na podniky. Výsledkem práce je výstup ve formě upozornění a vsuvek, na které by se měly pověřené osoby a instituce zaměřit a pokusit se minimalizovat jejich negativní dopad.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis concerned the impacts of pension reform on Czech households and businesses, as it is a significant and current issue. Throughout the work, various modifications to the system and other influences were described, primarily those relevant. By influences, we mean, for example, methods of pension reforms abroad, changes in the pension system in the Czech Republic, or effects caused by political and social activities. Subsequently, the expected impacts on the Czech labor market were outlined, with a focus on citizens and businesses. The result of the work is an output in the form of alerts and inserts, on which relevant individuals and institutions should focus and attempt to minimize their negative impact.
