Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje účetní reformě veřejné správy po 1.1.2010. Zaměřuje se na změny v účetnictví územních samosprávných celků. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou shrnuty změny, se kterými se musely účetní jednotky v důsledku reformy vyrovnat. Jsou zde charakterizovány nové účetní metody a změny v rozsahu účetní závěrky. This bachelor work describes accounting reform of public administration after January 1st 2010. It focuses on accounting changes of local government units. In theoretic-methodological part, is described the most important changes that accounting units had to manage. New accounting methods and changes in financial statements are captured here.
