Předmětem této práce je vymezit legislativní rámec daňové evidence, která slouží jako hlavní podklad pro stanovení základu daně z příjmu. The main object of this work is to define the legal framework of single-entry book-keeping, which serves as the main basis for determining the income tax base. Based on the findings the author analyzes the data recording obligations under the Tax Code in the context of the legislative framework of individual registers, which businessmen are obligated to administed.
