Work Integration Social Enterprises Creating New Job Opportunities for Disadvantaged People in the Labour Market

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení naplňování principů integračního sociálního podnikání dle definic přijatých MPSV ČR, které vytvořili experti v projektu spolku TESSEA a formulace doporučení pro zlepšení v této oblasti. Na základě analýzy jednotlivých podniků jsou také poskytnuta konkrétní doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj podniků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány koncepty sociálního podnikání, které jsou podkladem pro zpracování praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejdůležitější teorie a poznatky z oblasti sociálního podnikání. Hlavním bodem teoretické části je vysvětlení principů integračního sociálního podnikání a vymezení evropského a amerického přístupu k sociálním podnikům včetně jejich komparace. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části, za pomoci kterých jsou v závěru práce formulována doporučení.

Abstract:

The main goal of the Master's thesis is to evaluate the fulfillment of the principles of work integration social enterprise according to the definitions adopted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, which were created by experts in the TESSEA project and the formulation of recommendations for improvement in this area. Based on the analysis of individual companies, specific recommendations for the future development of companies are also provided. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the concepts of social enterprise, which are the basis for the practical part. The theoretical part describes the most important theories and knowledge in the field of social enterprise. The main point of the theoretical part is the explanation of the principles of work integration social enterprise and the definitions of the European and American approaches to social enterprise, including their comparison. The practical part combines the findings from the theoretical part, with the help of which recommendations are formulated at the end of the work.
