Changes in Use of the Nursing Field Services Following the New Reimbursement Decree

Abstract:

Tématem této práce jsou změny ve využívání terénních pečovatelských služeb v návaznosti na novou úhradovou vyhlášku z roku 2023. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis pečovatelské služby, zabývá se možnostmi úhrady za službu a vymezuje novou úhradovou vyhlášku. Také charakterizuje příspěvek na péči. V praktické části analyzujeme demografické a socioekonomické charakteristiky uživatelů terénní pečovatelské služby. Identifikujeme, které služby klienti nejčastěji využívají, zjišťujeme formální a neformální poskytovatele pomoci a také finanční náklady a možnosti úhrady za pečovatelskou službu. Zabýváme se změnami ve využívání služby v souvislosti s novou úhradovou vyhláškou. Výstupem práce je shrnutí výsledků šetření a návrhy řešení problémů spojených s novou úhradovou vyhláškou.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the changes in the use of field nursing services following the new reimbursement decree from 2023. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the nursing service, deals with the possibilities of reimbursement for the service and defines the new reimbursement decree. It also characterizes the care allowance. In the practical part, we analyze the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the users of field nursing services. We identify which services clients use most often, we find out formal and informal providers of help, as well as financial costs and payment options for nursing care. We are dealing with changes in the use of the service in connection with the new reimbursement decree. The output of the work is a summary of the results of the investigation and suggestions for solving problems associated with the new reimbursement decree.
