Soft skills of business graduates from employers' perspective
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit ze třech vybraných informačně technologických společností, jaké měkké dovednosti nejvíce vyžadují a z jakého důvodu. Dále zjistit rozdíl v požadavcích na ekonomické pracovní pozice a IT pozici, jakým způsobem tyto dovednosti zjišťují a skutečné příklady využití těchto dovedností v praxi.
