Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je si uvedomiť dôležitosť finančnej analýzy pre podnik a to nie len v časoch prosperity ale aj v časoch úpadku. Cieľom tejto práce je predovšetkým zozbieranie teoretických poznatkov potrebných na prípravu a úspešnú realizáciu analýzy.
