Abstract:

Táto diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením dopadu pandemie koronaviru na cestovní ruch Španělska a na vnímání země jako turistické destinace v České republice. Analyzuje současnou situaci v turistickém sektoru a zvažuje její možný vývoj v budoucnosti. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí, jedné teoretické a tří praktických. První část je teoretická a popisuje španělskou ekonomiku a cestovní ruch před pandemií. Soustřeďuje se na turismus jako na důležité odvětví ekonomiky a definuje postavení Španělska v mezinárodním cestovním ruchu prostřednictvím analýzy odborné literatury a statistických dat. Druhá část této práce mapuje začátek pandemie ve Španělsku a opatření přijatá vládou pro zpomalení jejího šíření a dopadu na ekonomiku země. Následující, třetí část, se zabývá aktuální situaci ve španělském cestovním ruchu a popisuje řešení, která nabízejí příslušné organizace a instituce podporující tento sektor. Poslední část této diplomové práce zkoumá metodou přímého pozorování autorky a dotazníků, určených studentům španělštiny, možné změny vnímání Španělska jako turistické destinace. Závěr práce shrnuje její výsledky a obsahuje doporučení pro organizace a instituce v sektoru cestovního ruchu jak v České republice, tak i Španělsku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis evaluates the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on Spanish tourism and the image of the country as a tourist destination, particularly in the Czech Republic, analyzes the current situation in the tourist sector of the country and examines future prospects of its evolution. The thesis contains four parts, a theoretical and three practical ones. The first part, which is theoretical, characterizes Spanish economy and tourism before the pandemic. It focuses on tourism as an important part of the economy and determines Spain’s global position in the industry by means of literature and statistical data analysis. The second part describes the beginning of the pandemic in Spain and government measures taken in response to COVID-19 to decelerate its spreading and minimize its impact on country’s economy. The next part, the third one, maps the current situation in Spanish tourism and solutions offered by industry bodies to maintain the sector. The last section investigates possible changes in the image of the touristy Spain within Czech society by means of direct observation carried out by the author and questionnaires addressed to students of the Spanish language. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results of the research and offers a set of recommendations for various touristic institutions and organizations of both Spain and the Czech Republic.

Abstract:

Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene como objetivos evaluar el impacto de la pandemia del coronavirus en el turismo español y la imagen del país como destinación turística, sobre todo en la sociedad checa, analizar la situación actual del sector turístico en el país y considerar el potencial y las perspectivas para su desarrollo en futuro. El trabajo contiene cuatro partes, una teórica y tres prácticas. La primera parte es teórica y trata sobre las características de la economía española antes de la pandemia del COVID-19. Centrándose en el turismo como uno de los sectores principales, examina la posición de España en el turismo internacional a través del análisis de la literatura y los datos estadísticos. La segunda parte analiza el inicio de la pandemia de coronavirus en España y las medidas tomadas por el Gobierno para desacelerar su propagación y ralentizar su impacto en la economía del país. La siguiente parte, la tercera, evalúa la situación actual del turismo español y las soluciones que ofrecen los sujetos de turismo para mantener el sector. La última sección investiga los posibles cambios en la imagen de la España turística para la sociedad checa mediante la observación directa de la autora y los cuestionarios dirigidos a los estudiantes de español. Además, en la conclusión se recapitulan los resultados y se proponen recomendaciones para varias instituciones y organizaciones turísticas de la República Checa y España.
