Abstract:

Správa informačních technologii nebo-li IT governance je dnes aktuálním tématem mnoha společností nejen na světovém trhu, ale také v České republice. Proto se diplomová práce na začátku seznámí čtenáře s oblastí IT governace, jejím vývojem, strukturou, účastníky, ale také jejími přínosy pro organizaci a naopak s možnými úskalími při jejím zavádění do společnosti. Hlavním přínosem práce je zmapování množiny poskytovatelů různých řešení na trhu. Těmito řešeními mohou být jak softwarové platformy, tak různé metodiky, případně poskytování poradenské činnosti. V práci jsou vybráni a následně popsáni zástupci na trhu z těchto skupin. V poslední části práce naznačuje implementace vybrané metodiky na ukázkové společnosti. Čtenář je podrobněji seznámen s teoretickou stránkou dané metodiky, ta je následně prakticky ukázána na návrhu aplikace této metodiky v konkrétní společnosti.

Abstract:

IT governance is a very pressing matter for many companies not only all around the world but also in Czech Republic. Therefor this thesis will in the beginning introduce reader to the subject of IT Governance, it's historical development, structure, participants and also its benefits for the organizations but also with possible hardships of incorporating it into companies. Main benefit of this thesis is mapping of different solutions providers. These solutions include software platforms, differentiating methodics and also consulting IT services. This work chooses and introduces key market providers. Last part of the thesis hints at the possibilities of implementing chosen methodic into a sample company. Reader is introduced to the chosen methodic in greater detail and the aforementioned methodic is demonstrated through the companies services.
