Diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou kárné odpovědnosti soudců. Přičemž je kladen důraz na obecné pojmy, jež vyplývají z právní úpravy vztahujíc se k danému tématu, jakožto pochopitelně k samotné právní úpravě. The thesis is focused on problematics with disciplinary accountability of judges. Crucial are general terms which are derived from a law legislation that includes a specific topic. Another part is dedicated to judicature of disciplinary trial, in another words Supreme administrative court.
