Business Plan of a small or middle company

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a café with snacks in Žilina. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a theoretical one, which defines a creation of business plan, its structure, and other necessary elements of its content. In the second, methodological part, business goals and their detailed descriptions are set. The third, practical part, is devoted to the conduction of a comprehensive business plan, which includes the application of the necessary analyses that are followed by a marketing plan, an organizational plan, a financial plan, and an assessment of the risks that could affect the business.

Abstract:

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu pre založenie kaviarne s občerstvením v meste Žilina. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej, teoretickej časti, je vymedzený postup tvorby podnikateľského plánu, jeho štruktúra a ďalšie potrebné obsahové prvky. V druhej, metodologickej časti, sú stanovené podnikateľské ciele a ich bližší popis. Tretia, praktická časť, sa na základe teoretických východísk venuje tvorbe komplexného podnikateľského pánu, ktorého súčasťou je aplikácia potrebných analýz, na ktoré nadväzuje marketingový plán, organizačný plán, finančný plán a zhodnotenie rizík, ktoré by mohli mať vplyv na podnik.
