Development of a tool for online maintenance of biochemical space
Abstract:
V tejto magisterskej práci popisujem požiadavky, návrh, architektúru a implementáciu nástroja na online správu Biochemického priestoru. Biochemický priestor je formálne definovaný rámec, ktorý slúži na popis modelov biochemických reakcií. Súčasťou tohoto nástroja je aj editor Biochemického jazyka, ktorý poskytuje zvýrazňovanie chýb a inteligentné ofarbovanie výrazov.
Abstract:
In this thesis, I describe requirement specification, design, and architecture as well as implementation details of an online administration tool for the Biochemical Space. The Biochemical Space formally defended framework for describing reaction networks of biological systems and linking them to other knowledge bases.
