This bachelor thesis deals with theory and praxis of translation, particularly with translation of publicistic texts related to the life and work of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií a praxí překladu, zejména překladem publicistických textů vztahujících se k životu a dílu Jacoba a Wilhelma Grimmových. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí.
