Education and psychosocial support long-term unemployed in selected social enterprises
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním a psychosociální podporou, které se odehrávají v sociálních podnicích. Zaměřuje se na cílovou skupinu dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných, kteří v těchto podnicích nalézají nové pracovní uplatnění. Tato práce dále shrnuje možnosti vzdělávání cílové skupiny, možnosti podpory a zaznamenává některé změny v jejich životech po zaměstnání v sociálních podnicích.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with education and psychosocial support which are realized in social enterprises. It focuses on a target group of long-term unemployed who find a new job in these enterprises. This thesis summarizes options of the education of the target group, options of support and it describes some changes in their life when they get a job in these enterprises.
