Diplomová práce se zabývá odklony v trestním řízení, které představují jeden z prostředků pro zrychlení a zjednodušení trestního řízení. Práce pojednává o odklonech v užším slova smyslu tj. o podmíněném zastavení trestního stíhání, narovnání, odstoupení od trestního stíhání a podmíněném odložení podání návrhu na potrestání. The diploma thesis deals with diversions in criminal proceedings which constitute one of the means to accelerate and simplify criminal proceedings. The thesis is focused on diversions in the strict sense i.e. conditional discontinuance of criminal prosecution, settlement, withdrawal from criminal prosecution and conditional suspension of making a motion for punishment.
