The consultant for commercial bank in the Slovak republic - its tasks in relation to clients

Abstract:

The goal of our bachelor work with the title "The banking consultant in the commercial bank in the Slovak republic in relation to the client" to find out the realation and the mission of banking consultant to the client. We determined next goal a consecutive analyse of behaviour of the banking consultant to the client according to the ethics code of the bank. 3 chapters in the begining of bachelor work had theoretic character. In the first chapter we addressed to commercial bank and their employees. We analyse the categorisation the banks´s work force and segmentation bank´s clientele in the second chapter. We solved the relation bank´s consultant to the client and consequently the relation of client to the bank in the third chapter. The forth chapter was analitical, we tried to analysed the behaviour of banking consultant to client in consideration of bank´s ethic codex. We evaluated the answer sheet, which was the basis for workmanship of our analitical part of bachelor work. At he hand of the answer sheet we wanted to find out the relationship between banking consultant and his clients and which types of communication in reference to bank and client is the most used nowadays. We accepted the summary on the basis of facture of answer sheet resulting from analitical part, next we suggested the new solution and schemes for their innovation.

Abstract:

Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce s názvom Bankový poradca v komerčných bankách v SR - jeho úlohy vo vzťahu ku klientom je zistiť, aký je vzťah a úloha bankového poradcu ku klientovi. Za cieľ sme si ďalej stanovili urobiť následnú analýzu správania sa bankového poradcu ku klientovi s prihliadnutím na Etický kódex banky. Prvé 3 kapitoly bakalárskej práce boli teoretického charakteru. V prvej kapitole sme sa venovali komerčným bankám a ich zamestnancom. V druhej kapitole sme rozoberali kategorizáciu pracovníkov banky a segmentáciu bankovej klientely. V tretej kapitole sme riešili vzťah bankového poradcu ku klientovi a následne aj vzťah klienta k banke. Štvrtá kapitola bola už analytická, v nej sme sa snažili analyzovať správanie sa bankového poradcu ku klientovi s prihliadnutím na Etický kódex banky. V poslednej piatej časti sme vyhodnocovali dotazník, ktorý bol východiskom pre spracovanie našej analytickej časti bakalárskej práce. prostredníctvom dotazníka sme chceli zistiť, aký má bankový poradca vzťah ku svojim klientom a ktorá forma komunikácie vo vzťahu banka - klient je v súčasnosti využívaná najviac. Na základe vyhotovenia dotazníka sme prijali záver, vyplývajúci z analytickej časti, ďalej sme navrhli nové riešenia a návrhy na ich zlepšenie.
