Obsahom diplomovej práce je riešenie problematiky motivácie a angažovanosti zamestnancov. V práci je venovaná pozornosť stratégii zvyšovania motivácie zamestnancov, úrovni angažovanosti zamestnancov v podniku a tvorbe motivačného profilu vybranej skupiny zamestnancov.
