Analysis of the personality profile for the Orsay company manager in Zlín Region

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je psychologický profil osobnosti manažera ve společnosti Or-say. V první části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické a metodické poznatky týkající se jed-notlivých činností manažera a jeho osobnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění tempe-ramentního typu manažera podle MBTI analýzy a jeho porovnání s dotazníkovým prů-zkumem, který analyzuje osobnost ideálního manažera. V závěru práce je poté osobnost manažera společnosti Orsay zhodnocena podle dosažených výsledků z průzkumu ideálního manažera a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení manažerských schopností s ohledem na rizika a přínosy ve firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the personality profile for the Orsay company manager. The first part consists of theoretical and methodological knowledge about mana-gerial activities and his personality profile. The practical part is concentrated on the perso-nality type of the manager according to the MBTI analysis and survey via questionnaire to analyze profile of an ideal manager. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on comparison between personality profile of the Orsay company manager and the results of the survey about ideal manager. There are also recommendations for the manager to improve his skills according to the risks and benefits for the company.
