Innovation of the cartridge reloader for sports shooting

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá inovací progresivního přebíjecího lisu nábojů pro sportovní střelbu. Součástí práce je představení procesu přebíjení, rešerše v oblasti přebíjecích lisů a nalezení nedostatků těchto strojů. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků bylo specifikováno inovační zadání. Cílem inovačního zadání bylo zlepšit proces zpracování zápalek. K dosažení tohoto cíle bylo vytvořeno několik konceptů. Byl vybrán nejvhodnější koncept, který sloužil jako podklad pro vypracování vlastního konstrukčního řešení automatického obraceče zápalek. Výsledkem práce je 3D model a výkresová dokumentace automatického obraceče zápalek.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on innovating progressive ammo reloading press for competetive shooting. The thesis includes an introduction of the reloading process, a research in the field of reloading presses and identifying shortcomings of these machines. Based on the identified shortcomings an innovation task was formulated. The goal of the innovation task was to inovate the process of handling primers. To achieve this goal several concepts were created. The most suitable concept was chosen and served as the foundation for creating the original construction solution of an automatic primer handling device. The result of the thesis is a 3D model and technical drawings of an automatic primer handling device.
