The purpose of this diploma thesis is to estimate the dynamics of the underground economy of Slovakia between 2000 - 2017. Analysis tool used the analysis is DSGE model (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium model) of small open economy estimated by real data using Bayesian methods. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je odhad dynamiky šedej ekonomiky na Slovensku medzi rokmi 2000 - 2017. Nástrojom analýzy je DSGE model (dynamický stochastický model všeobecnej rovnováhy) malej otvorenej ekonomiky, ktorého odhad je prevedený na reálnych dátach za použitia Bayesiánskych metód.
