Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje kompenzaci škody na zdraví v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o tématu. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy nemateriální újmy. Poté jsou rozděleny jednotlivé druhy náhrady újmy při ublížení na zdraví a při usmrcení na materiální a nemateriální. This thesis describes compensation for health damage in Czech republic. The main aim of this thesis is to provide the summary of this theme. The first part of the thesis explain the basic concepts of immaterial damage. Then, the different kinds of compensations for health damage or death are divided into the material and immaterial.
