Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je výklad základních principů, které se promítají do veškerých rodinněprávních vztahů. Těmito principy jsou blaho dítěte, rovnost subjektů a vzájemná pomoc. První kapitoly obsahují výklad základních pojmů, které jsou pro tuto práci klíčové, a sice pojmu rodinné právo a pojmu právní princip. This diploma thesis deals with basic family law principles. These principles are child welfare, equality of parties and reciprocal help.
