Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na vysvětlení problematiky motivace u zaměstnanců v podniku XY. Práce se rozděluje na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány důležité motivační pojmy, motivační faktory a druhy benefitů. V praktické části je zpracován dotazník dle kvantitativního výzkumu a rozhovor na základě kvalitativního výzkumu. V závěru práce je vše vyhodnoceno a uděleno …more

The diploma thesis focuses mainly on explaining the issue of motivation of employees in the company XY. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
