Nosiči balancovaných chromosomových aberací mají obecně větší riziko narození potomka s nebalancovanou přestavbou, která s sebou již nese i fenotypové vyjádření. Abstract:
The carriers of balanced chromosomal aberrations generally have a greater risk of having a child with unbalanced rearrangement, which already brings phenotypic expression. At the Department of Medical Genetics they usually come in planning their own offspring.
