Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami vyšetřování sexuální trestných činů, se zaměřením na trestný čin znásilnění a trestný čin pohlavního zneužití. Práce se člení na dvanáct kapitol. První kapitola práce podává právní rozbor trestných činů proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, podrobněji se věnuje znásilnění a pohlavnímu zneužití. This diploma thesis deals with approaches in investigation of sex crimes with special focus on crimes of raping and sexual abuse. The thesis has 12 chapters. Chapter one is devoted to legal analysis of crimes against human dignity in sexual field, deeply concerning raping and sexual abuse.
