Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku odvolacího řízení z pohledu odvolacího orgánu Finanční správy České republiky. Po stručném úvodním vymezení základních pojmů a procesních režimů, v nichž se lze s odvoláním setkat, se autorka zaměřila především na odvolání podle daňového řádu. The thesis focuses on the issue of appellate proceedings from the perspective of the appellate authority of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. After a preliminary introduction of the basic concepts and procedures in which appeals can be encountered, the author focuses mainly on appeals under the Tax Code.
