The thesis concerned with the case of the group BOZ 38, which operated in the southern Moravia at the time, when the Communist party take a power. The thesis is based on archive research and describe in detail the formation and the actions of the group as well as the destines of the central personnes, liquidation of the group, infiltration with the national security and also the judicial process.
