Abstract:

Stěhulová, K. Personální marketing a jeho uplatnění v hotelnictví. Diplomová Práce. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2019. 76 stran. Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými činnostmi interního i externího personálního marketingu ve vybraných hotelech. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí personálního marketingu, věnuje se jeho obsahu a hlavním nástrojům, které jsou aplikovatelné pro posílení pozici hotelů jakožto zaměstnavatelů. Teoretické poznatky jsou následně použity k dotazníkovému šetření, které je určeno zaměstnancům vybraných hotelů. Vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu je věnována analytická část. Cílem předkládané práce je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s konkrétními činnostmi interního a externího personálního marketingu. Na základě vyhodnocení dat získaných z provedeného dotazníkového průzkumu byli zjištěné nedostatky konkrétních činnosti personálního marketingu. Návrhová část obsahuje doporučená opatření vedoucí k zvýšení spokojenosti i motivaci zaměstnanců daných hotelových společností.

Stěhulová, K. Personnel marketing and its application in the hotel industry. Master’s Dissertation. The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2019, 76 pages. The presented thesis deals with specific activities of internal and external personnel marketing in selected hotels. The work is divided into theoretical, analytical and proposal sections. The theoretical part outlines the definition of personnel marketing; it discusses its content and the main tools that are applicable for strengthening the position of hotels as employers. Subsequently, the theoretical findings were used for a questionnaire survey, which focused on the employees of selected hotels. The questionnaire survey was evaluated in the analytical part. The objective of this work is to determine the level of satisfaction of employees with specific activities of internal and external personnel marketing. Based on the evaluation of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, the shortcomings of specific activities of personnel marketing were identified. The proposal part contains recommended measures to increase the satisfaction and motivation of employees of the respective hotel enterprises.
