Abstract:

Vlková, M. Citlivost tržeb malých pivovarů na změny cen na spotřebitelských tr-zích s alkoholickými nápoji. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením možné přítomnosti citlivosti tržeb malých pivovarů na změny spotřebitelských cen alkoholických nápojů. Pro účely výzkumu byly využívány data dvojího charakteru. Jednalo se o tržby pivovaru, které byly čerpány z účetních výkazů podniku a dále výstav, který byl poskytnut od sládků zkoumaných pivovarů. Spotřebitelské ceny alkoholu a spotřeba alkoho-lu byla získána z webového portále ČSÚ. Nakonec bylo využito primárních údajů z dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na osoby žijící v Jihomoravském kraji se zaměřením na chování a preference spotřebitelů působících na trhu s alkoholickými nápoji. Citlivost tržeb je analyzována prostřednictvím koeficientů elasticity. Prokázala se reakce poptávky po pivě při změně spotřebitelských cen alkoholu.

Vlková, M. Sensitivity of small breweries' sales to price changes in consumer mar-kets with alcoholic beverages. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The thesis deals with the assessment of the possible presence of sensitivity of small breweries' sales to changes in consumer prices of alcoholic beverages. The data used for the research were twofold in nature. These were brewery sales, which were drawn from the company's financial statements and also exhibi-tions, which were provided by the brewers of the breweries under study. Con-sumer prices of alcohol and alcohol consumption were obtained from the CSO statistical portal. Finally, primary data was used from a questionnaire survey of people living in the South Moravian Region focusing on the behaviour and pref-erences of consumers operating in the alcoholic beverage market. The sensitivity of sales is analysed through elasticity coefficients. The response of beer demand to changes in consumer alcohol prices is demonstrated.
