Analysis of the competitive environment of the enterprise as a basis for designing business strategies
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat konkurence firmy TVI-CZ s.r.o. Za největší konkurenty jsou považovány firmy Funkwerk video systeme GmbH, Securiton GmbH, FLIR Systems. Pomocí příslušných analýz, jako je SWOT analýza, PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, SPACE analýza a BCG matice, se pokusíme zjistit aktuální pozici již zmiňované firmy na trhu mezi jejími konkurenty.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is to analyze the competition TVI-CZ, Ltd. TVI-CZ, Ltd. considered Funkwerk viedo systeme, Ltd., Securiton, Ltd., FLIR Systems as thegreatest competitors.
