Tato práce se zaměřuje na zavedení vybraných metod analýzy rizik do exekutorského úřadu. Teoretická část mapuje základní pojmy spojené s exekucí, exekučním řízením a dále obecný postup při řízení rizik za pomocí teoretických východisek. This work focuses on the introduction of selected methods of risk analysis executor office. Theoretical part discusses the basic concepts associated with execution, execution proceedings and general approach to risk management with the help of theoretical knowledge.
