Bakalárska práca sa v teoreticko-metodologickej časti zaoberá pojmami ekologické poľnohospodárstvo a ekologická farma. Táto časť sa taktiež venuje vymedzeniu pojmov biopotravina a bioprodukt, ich využitiu a odbytu v hotelierstve v Českej republike.
