Cílem bakalářské práce „Hypoteční úvěry a jejich refinancování“ je objasnit aktuální pohled na hypoteční úvěry a úrokové sazby těchto úvěrů. Tato práce se bude věnovat hlavně vysvětlení daných pojmů spojených s hypotečním trhem a popisu aktuální situace v České republice. The aim of the submitted thesis: „Mortgage loans and their refinancing” is to clarify the current view of the mortgage loans and the interest rates of these loans. This work will focus mainly on the explanation of the terms associated with the mortgage market and describe the current situation in the Czech Republic.
