Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je popsat a zhodnotit dosavadní čerpání prostředků na podporu cestovního ruchu z regionálního operačního programu Moravskoslezsko pomocí analýzy z územního hlediska, z hlediska žadatelů a z věcného hlediska. Teoretická část práce věnuje pozornost ekonomickému významu cestovního ruchu a politice cestovního ruchu a její implementaci v České republice. V praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy a jejich následné zhodnocení a jsou uvedeny návrhy na případné zlepšení alokace z daného programu.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is to describe and evaluate present derivating of funds for tourism support from regional operational programme Moravskoslezsko. Theoretical part take attention to economic significance of tourism and to tourism politic and its implementation in the Czech Republic. Practical part is targeted to analysis of support in the point of view of place and applicants and it also shows how the support is targeted matter-of-factly. In the end there is the evaluation and are written some rocommendations how to alocate the financial support.
