Employee engagement and factors that affect it
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice angažovanosti zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je změření angažovanosti u vybraných podniků. Na základě výsledků budou porovnány míry angažovanosti mezi organizacemi působící v České Republice a Portugalsku. Výzkum bude zaměřen také na identifikaci faktorů, které angažovanost ovlivňují.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with employee engagement. The aim of the thesis is to measure employee engagement in selected companies. Based on the results, the rates of engagement in organizations operating in Portugal and Czech Republic will be compared. Research will be also focused on identifying the factors that affect engagement.
