Bakalářská práce zjišťuje, které faktory ovlivňují elektronické word-of-mouth chování uživatelů na Slovensku. The bachelor's thesis investigates which factors influence the electronic word-of-mouth behavior of users in Slovakia. In the theoretical part, knowledge about social networking sites, traditional and electronic word-of-mouth, and variables of social relations that can influence eWOM behavior are processed.
