Tématem bakalářské práce je management kvality a jeho analýza v konkrétním podniku. První část této práce obsahuje teoretické řešení managementu jakosti v literatuře, vymezuje základní pojmy, popisuje historický vývoj kvality řízení, základní principy, řízení jakosti v jednotlivých etapách a definice norem řady ISO 9000.
