Abstract:

Diplomová práce nás v teoretické části seznámila s problematikou navrhování a projektování konkrétní zadané stavby pro vypracování dalšího stupně projektové dokumentace. Blíže popsala povinné části dokumentace pro provedení stavby, jejich rozsah a obsah dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Aplikační část diplomové práce se zabývala následným řešením a návrhem pro vypracování projektu na konkrétní zadaný objekt občanské budovy v rozsahu projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Zadaná novostavba střední školy s tělocvičnou byla umístěna na vhodném pozemku k tomu určeném s vhodnou orientací ke světovým stranám tak, aby pro budoucí uživatele a provozovatele navrhované stavby byl zajištěn co nejlepší komfort a nejmenší energetická náročnost stavby. Záměrem a cílem vypracování projektu bylo vybudování moderní střední školy technického směru včetně sportovního zázemí. Budova je čtyřpodlažní, skládá se ze suterénu a 3 nadzemních podlaží. Na severu je k hlavní budově přisazena tělocvična, která je s budovou školy, v úrovni suterénu, bezbariérově propojena. Tělocvična má, směrem k venkovním sportovním plochám, samostatný výstup na povrch terénu. Areál školy obsahuje venkovní parkovací stání, zásobovací dvůr, přístřešek na odpady, hřiště pro míčové hry, klidovou zónu. Pro vyhodnocení navržených skladeb budovy bylo vypracováno tepelně technické posouzení vlastností konstrukcí obálky v programu Teplo.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis acquainted us with the issue of designing and projecting a specific task for the elaboration of the next stage of project documentation. She described in more detail the obligatory parts of the documentation for the construction, their scope and content according to Decree No. 499/2006 collections on construction documentation. The application part of the diploma thesis dealt with the subsequent solution and proposal for the elaboration of a project for a specific assigned object of a civic building in the scope of project documentation for the construction. The assigned new high school building with a gymnasium was located on a suitable plot of land designated for this purpose with a suitable orientation to the sides of the world so as to ensure the best possible comfort and the lowest energy intensity of the building for future users and operators of the proposed building. The intention and goal of the project was to build a modern technical high school, including sports facilities. The building has four floors, consists of a basement and 3 floors. To the north, there is a gym attached to the main building, which is barrier-free with the school building, at basement level. The gym has, towards the outdoor sports areas, a separate ascent to the surface. The school premises include an outdoor parking space, a supply yard, a waste shelter, a playground for ball games, and a rest area. To evaluate the proposed compositions of the building, a thermal technical assessment of the properties of the envelope structures in the Heat program was prepared.
