Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat motivační systém v podniku Česká pošta, s.p. Následně po provedení dotazníkového šetření navrhnout opatření na případná zlepšení. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů a vazeb v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the motivation system in the company Czech Post, s.p. After realizing survey, suggest steps to possible improvement. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic terms and connections in the field of motivation of employees.
