Cílem výzkumu diplomové práce je zjistit, zda si Ruská federace snaží vytvořit soft power, tak jak ji definuje J. Nye. Pokud ano, jaké mechanismy Rusko využívá a jak široký je záběr jeho aktivit. Target of the thesis is to examine, whether is the Russian federation trying to create soft power, as J. Nye defines it. If yes, which mechanisms Russia uses and how wide is range of its activities.
