Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak velikost a charakter ligandů zvolené série Pt komplexů ovlivní jejich interakci s DNA a enzymatickou aktivitu vybraných polymeráz . Pomocí metod EAS , AAS a DPP byly charakterizovány methylované monofunkční analogy chloridu chlorodiethylentriamin platnatého a jejich vazba na DNA. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to find out how the size and character of ligands of a selected Pt complex series affects their interaction with DNA and the enzymatic activity of selected polymerases. By EAS, AAS, and DPP methods methylated monofunctional analogues of chlorodiethylenetriamine platinum(II) chlorid and their binding to DNA were characterized.
