Simulace transportu rozprášených atomů v magnetronových výbojích

Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá simulací transportu neutrálních částic v magnetronových výbojích za nízkých tlaků. Zkoumá procesy v prostoru zadané geometrie a popisuje chování pracovního plynu během rozprašování kovového terče. V práci je shrnuta teorie magnetronového naprašování a numerické metody Direct Simulation Monte Carlo a popsán princip a možnosti použitého programu, který implementuje tuto metodu. Jsou …more
Abstract:
The main subject of this thesis is a simulation of transport of neutral particles in magnetron discharges at low pressure. It focuses on processes in the specified geometry and describes interaction of argon process gas with the sputtered metal. The theory of magnetron sputtering and of the Direct Simulation Monte Carlo numerical method is described. A computer program implementing this method is used …more
