Financial Management of Přibyslav

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Finanční řízení města Přibyslavi je analýza systému finančního řízení na lokální úrovni. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé nástroje finančního řízení a jejich vzájemné vazby. V praktické části je analyzována a hodnocena konkrétní podoba těchto nástrojů ve vybraném městě, se zvláštním důrazem na rozpočet a rozpočtový výhled. Na základě provedené analýzy, byly identifikovány faktory ovlivňující rozpočet a rozpočtový výhled. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedena doporučení směřující k řešení zjištěných nedostatků ve finančním řízení města Přibyslavi.

Abstract:

The thesis Financial management of the city of Přibyslav is centred on an analysis of the financial management on a local level. The theoretical part describes individual implements of the financial management and the relations between them. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of these implements in the chosen city with a special emphasis put on the budget and the budget outlook. Based on the analysis, several factors that influence the budget and the fiscal outlook were identified. In the conclusion, the thesis recommends measures leading toward the elimination of the imperefections found in the financial management of the city of Přibyslav.
